Sandy Grassmuck – Lake St. Louis Alderman, Ward One

Sandy Grassmuck is currently serving her second term as Ward One Alderman for the City of Lake St. Louis and is deeply committed to protecting the quality of life, safety, and long-term vitality of the community she proudly calls home.

With over 26 years in the real estate industry and 16 years as an Owner and Managing Broker, Sandy brings extensive experience in smart growth, land use, contracts, finance, and long-range planning—skills that translate directly into thoughtful, fiscally responsible municipal leadership.

She is the Owner/Broker of Grassmuck Realty, an award-winning brokerage recognized multiple times for excellence, leadership, and performance, and the Founder of The Sound Sanctuary, a wellness studio focused on community health and well-being.

Sandy has been a homeowner in Lake St. Louis since 2008, where she and her husband raised their son. Her personal and professional roots in the community fuel her passion for keeping Lake St. Louis safe, beautiful, and prepared for the future.
